Subject: ActiveRecord PostgreSQL patch

As ActiveRecord doesn't have a bug tracker or mailing list, I am not 
sure where to send the patch. Sorry to spam it here =/

Anyway, patch fixes INT8 (BigInt) and boolean handling in postgres.
