Thanks for working on this!!!

IMHO, Ruby's built-in support for OpenSSL and secure protocols is one of 
the most important features (security has become a high-priority in most 
places now).

Can we start doing SSH tunneling with Ruby 1.8.2 or do we have to wait 
for that feature to be implemented?
