hi,

I just noticed playing Mozilla M12+ that there is a site that traslate
japanese to english, and english to japanese. the site is

http://levis.alis.com

I couldn't see the top page with nither w3m nor mozilla.

but you can see english to japanese translation with:

http://levis.alis.com:8080/?AlisSourceLang=en&AlisTargetLang=ja&AlisMTEngine=Neocortech&AlisTargetURI=http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/

and japanese to english translation with:

http://levis.alis.com:8080/?AlisSourceLang=ja&AlisTargetLang=en&AlisMTEngine=SSI&AlisTargetURI=http://hydrogen.ruby-lang.org/ja/

well, I couldn't read japanese to english translated page with my
browsers ;p but, perhaps some other browsers can?
