First step building FOX is easy.

1) Download the right fox tgz (i think it's 1.0.51) from
www.fox-toolkit.org.

2) Untar it

3) "cd windows\borland"

4) "make"

thats it. How do you build the ruby extension ? I don't now, never
did.
