Subject: SVG::Graph looks awesome...

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install SVG::Graph through the link below.

I can't seem to figure out how to install this software on my Windows
2000 machine.  I need to use a voice dictation software package called
Dragon NaturallySpeaking on Windows 2000.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions that may enable me to use
this two-dimensional plotting routine.
