Subject: Newsgroup / Mailing List seperation?

So did someone just shut down the gateway or did it actually break.  It did seem 
to me that most wanted it to be fixed, so if somehow those voting for seperation 
one this doesn't seem fair to me.  It's annoying to miss a post here and there, 
but I could generally keep track o the majority of the conversations by staying 
on the newsgroup side.  I'd rather have a partially working gateway then none at 
all.  Best if it worked perfect, but I have no interest whatsoever in a mailing 
list.
