		Hi, All !

	Just curious ... how ruby deals with locales ? Maybe someone already
provided a good locale and complete internationalization package? This is
very important for me - just don't want to mess up and rewrite some ruby
parts to change month names to local. I just want  good locale and
internationalization stuff - just like windows multilingual resources.

P.S. Don't say "do it yourself" - I did it already and it satisfies me,
though it is far indeed from complete solution.
