It seems to be missing in action at the moment. Whois for the site
shows that it had an update to the domain details on the 15th, sounds
like he has just lengthened the lease on the domain for a year.

Domain ID: D70906650-LROR
  Domain Name: FOX-TOOLKIT.ORG
  Created On: 16-May-2001 17: 59: 16 UTC
  Last Updated On: 15-May-2004 03: 49: 27 UTC
  Expiration Date: 16-May-2005 17: 59: 16 UTC

I'm getting a Bad Gateway, can't reach DNS server for
www.fox-toolkit.org. I wonder if he didn't do it in time and it
defaulted back to his registrar hence the "coming soon"?
