上記を解決するために、１．８．７もしくは、１．９へのバージョンアップを
検討しています。
ついては、以下について、ご教示いただきたく、お願いします。

【１】１．８．６で使用しているgem(rails・win32)関連は、そのままでよいので
しょうか？

【２】だめな場合、１．８．７、１．９で使用するgem関連は、それぞれ、どのバー
ジョンを
　　　使用（ダウンロード）すればよいでしょうか？
　　　（会社のパソコンのため、関連モジュールをgemを使ってバージョンアップし
ようと
　　　としても、関連するサーバへのアクセスは、拒否されるため、直接、
　　　モジュールをダウンロードし、手動でインストールイする必要があります。）
　　　今使用しているrails(gem)関連は、ネットで、手動でインストールする方法
を調べて、
　　　それぞれのモジュールを、手動で、インストールした次第です。
　　　インストール時にも、railsでは、組み合わせがあり、メッセージに合うバー
ジョンを
　　　再ダウンロードして、どうにか、インストールできました。


Ｏ／Ｓは、windows−ｘｐ　prifessional　Version 2002 Service Pack3　です。
