RDtoolが0.6.8になってから10倍以上遅くなってます。
なぜに？

0.6.7の場合:

0.6.8の場合:

gzip -dc ruby-refm.rd.gz  0.03s user 0.01s system 6% cpu 0.606 total
rd2 -r rd/rd2html-lib -o ruby-refm  344.70s user 0.34s system 99% cpu 5:46.01 total

0.6.9の場合:
