無条件に再試行するとループするようなリダイレクトではまりますが、
大丈夫なのでしょうか？

RFC2616の10.3 Redirection 3xxより引用

「A client SHOULD detect infinite redirection loops」なので
何とかしておいた方がいいと思います。
