[ruby-list:25436] Wintoys installation instructions

I might be crying out too loud, but try to bear with me.

I'd *really much* appreciate if some even moderate English speaking (or
writing) person could write down few lines how to install new Ruby versions
on Windows machines.

For me it seems the kits at http://jarh.hoops.livedoor.com/ruby/ are more
than one could hope for, but even so couple of lines how to install them
wouldn't hurt. 

As You probably know, the Western people are getting this Ruby thing, and
want desperately try it out. They lack, however, the skills to get
marvellously working version of Ruby running on their Windows machine. Or
are too busy to write instructions or installation helps. I'm probably
belong to the latter group, at least by available time, if not by skills :).
