わかりました、そういえば、JAVAでもtry{}、catch{}でエラーを処理していました。

ただ、postgres-0.5.1のドキュメントでは 「exec(sql)は問い合わせに失敗したら
nilを返す」とあったので、

> res = conn.exec("copy s_jyunpou_table from '#{jyunpou}' using delimiters ',';")
> if res == nil then

このような書き方をしてしまったのですが、これは間違いなのでしょうか。
