Subject: [ruby-dev:7365] [PATCH]suppress warning, ext/tcltklib/tcltklib.c

 早坂＠会津大学です。

 細かいことですが、ruby.h や rubysig.h でせっかく #ifdef、
#if defined() してるので、インクルードするのは後の方がいいと
思います。
 僕の環境 (Linux) では、この変更で warning が一つ減ります。
