Subject: [ruby-dev:508] [Bug] Exception#inspect

前田です。

例外情報の操作をしていて気付いたのですが、Exception#inspectを
呼ぶごとにExceptionのクラスパスに例外のメッセージが付加されて
いってしまうようです。
パッチを付けておきます。
