`Kernel#sprintf`では位置指定の場合には`*`によって引数での幅や精度の指定ができますが、`%{}`や`%<>`でのSymbolの場合では指定できません。
matz案では、`*`が指定された場合は該当する引数をArrayとみなして対応する幅、精度、値に分解するのはどうか、ということです。
