Issue #7750 has been updated by usa (Usaku NAKAMURA).
とりあえず、現時点ではRubyのどのバージョンでも再現できていません。
が、非常に時間のかかるスクリプトのようですので、そもそも落ちるところまで我慢できずに実行を打ち切ってしまっているため、という感もあります。
参考までに、どのような環境(CPU)でどれくらいの時間でこの現象が起きるのか、教えていただけますか？
