によれば$HOMEの代替としてCSIDL_PROFILEはあまり適切とは思えません。
CSIDL_PERSONALのままか、せめてCSIDL_PERSONALの次の候補にCSIDL_APPDATAと
かそのほうが良いのではないでしょうか。
