Hi,

I had planed to release Ruby 1.9.0-5 on 25 Sep. But I decided to delay
the release. This is because some features are very unstable and some
other features are under discussion.

Ruby 1.9.0-5 will be released within a few days. I want to release it
tomorrow.


Ruby-level features will be frozen at 2008-09-25T24:00:00+00:00 just as
planned. Do not change any Ruby-level features afterthe time, except bug
fixes, adding encodings, internationalization related changes and miniunit.
# Is that all? I did not overlook anything, didn't I?
