make test はパスするようになりました。が…
make test-all で（別の問題で）SEGV します。
SEGV するテストケースだけ実行すると再現しないので
未だ問題箇所を絞れていないのですが、
時間がかかりそうなので取り敢えず中間報告です。

以下のテストケースで Float#inspect が呼び出された時に
SEGV になっているようです。
