可変長引数どうするとか、lambda と proc の違いどうするとか、
引数 0 個のときどうするとかは、適当に決めてしまいました。
まずかったら直します。

  *
  *  Returns a curried proc. If the optional <i>arity</i> argument is given,
  *  it determines the number of arguments.
