bignum.c のコンパイル時に

"signed" will become a keyword.

とwarning が出て
リンク時に

/usr/ccs/bin/ld: Unsatisfied symbols:
   signed (code)

といわれてリンクに失敗します。
ちょっと調べている余裕が無いもので結果だけ報告しておきます。
