　質問ですが、 quoted-string の処理をちゃんとやると、いつもの
Shift_JIS の2バイト目問題ではまってしまうのでしょうか。

　あるいは、 quote したところでどうせ Windows ではファイル名に
" や \ が使えないから実際上現れないという判断でしょうか。
