mput です。

ruby -e'module Hoge p self; end'
は通るのに
ruby -e'class Hoge p self; end'
は通らないというのが納得いきません。

両方とも通るようにするか、両方とも通らないようにすべきではないでしょうか。

とりあえず両方とも通るようにするパッチを添付します。
