Subject: [ruby-dev:21213] should not call GetOpenFile() if rb_stdout is not a IO

$ ruby -e 's = String.new; def s.write(x); s << x; end; $stdout = s; p readlines'
-e:1:in `readlines': uninitialized stream (IOError)
        from -e:1

となるバグがあったので、修正をcommitしました。
