　Ruby/ODBC 等で ruby -d extconf.rb を走らせると

checking for main() in -lodbc... cc -o conftest -I$(rubylibdir)/$(arch) -O -pipe -march=pentiumpro -fPIC -I$(prefix)/include   -I/usr/local/include -rdynamic  -L/usr/local/lib conftest.c -lodbc -lc  -lcrypt -lm 
rubylibdir: not found
arch: not found
...

のように、 have_library() 等で cc を呼び出す際に一部の変数が展開
されていないようになってしまっているようなんですが、どう直すのが
適当でしょうか？
