いがらしです。

have_funcメソッドに関してドキュメントを修正してみました。

追加したheader引数ですが、あえて省略可能だとは書いていません。
(今となっては)ライブラリ関数はヘッダファイルをincludeしてから
使うのが普通だと思うので。
