Subject: [ruby-core:99480] mkmf CONFIG parameter

What is the syntax / usage of the MKMF CONFIG parameter? does it need
to point to the actual rbconfig directory?
I am trying to do a cross compilation of a gem, and am looking to
understand how to configure extconf.rb to point my cross compiled
environment.
