Summary: RDoc enhacement for WIN32OLE

Initial Comment:
- added explanation for constants from the old RD file, mainly for WIN32OLE::ARGV
- added values for constants
- fixed constants so now they appear in the output (CP_*)
- added notice of ARGV to WIN32OLE#invoke and WIN32OLE#_invoke, along with some examples taken from ruby-talk
- fixed formatting in WIN32OLE#_invoke (left shift one space)
- added .document so that tests do not clutter the output
