Subject: Win32 popen3

I was wondering what the current status of getting popen3 working under 
win32.  The win32_popen raa extension does not seem to behave as 
advertised.  Specifically, I am trying to get a java program launched 
and get back "in", "out" and "err" to be able to process using Ruby 
threads.
