Subject: [ruby-core:92196] [Ruby trunk Feature#5400] Remove flip-flops in 2.0

Issue #5400 has been updated by nobu (Nobuyoshi Nakada).


I **STRONGLY** object removal of flip-flop, in "-e" option at least.
It is too tiresome to rewrite with a flag variable in one-liners.
