Hi,

This commit removes timeout handling of name resolution in
(Addrinfo.foreach/Addrinfo.getaddrinfo).  This breaks things
when DNS is slow.

We need to use resolv.rb (and update resolv-replace.rb) to be
able to do timeouts on DNS without Timeout class.
