What is here:

* adding docs for (questionable, yet present) "additions" feature;
* cleaning up (both formatting and formulations) docs of `JSON.generate`: current docs are poorly formatted and its documentation shifted more towards (internal) `State` object than just options;
* some other style/formatting cleanups.
