In JRuby, class_eval is an alias for module_eval...so yeah, that's about the
size.

For what it's worth, this constant scoping thing does seem to me a good
inconsistency to fix. I was hoping it was a bug in C Ruby so we wouldn't
have to continue supporting it in JRuby, but I guess we'll work something
out for now :)
