I don't want to take this thread off-course, but what I meant was
since Foo is a class, wouldn't module_eval() be the incorrect method
to use? Of course, this will expose me for a newb at using the
*eval()s and the exact details of the class/module space. I must admit
its truth! This is me trying to learn. :)

class Foo
end

# why module_eval here?
Foo.module_eval {||
  ..
}
