Subject: [OT] Download page on ruby-lang has numeric URL

This is off-topic to ruby-core, but possibly core to ruby's uptake:
Would it be possible to alias

http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/20020102.html

to something like

http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/download.html

such that the alias tracks the latest version?  I had a link to the
download page, and it is now broken.  To have a URL dependent on a
date would seem to create a maintenance problem for people linking,
generally.  If such an alias exists already it might be worth changing
the download link on the main page (the English one, anyway) so people
find it.
