RDoc patch - 3863 & 3930

Here's a second version of the patch which also fixes bug 3930, namely:

class Foo
  def bar #:doc:
  end
end

resulted in bar( instead of bar().  This was because it was
interpretting #:doc: as the argument giving (#:doc:) as the arguments
and then later the # was interpreted as a comment resulting in (.
