rdoc bug fix [3863] - URL matching

From: "Chris Alfeld" <chris.alfeld@...>
Date: 2006-03-28 15:52:10 UTC
List: ruby-core #7635
I sent this to ruby-doc and it vanished into the ether (as a
subscriber I expected to get a copy promptly). My apologies if this
is a cross-posting.

RDoc does not recognize URLs correctly. In particular it doesn't
recognize URLs that end in a / such as:
  http://www.foo.net/a/b/c/

The following patch fixes this issue and addresses bug report 3863 on
the rubyforge rdoc bug tracker.

If there is a better way to submit patches please advise.
