[ruby-core:74504] Re: [Ruby trunk Feature#12208] Improve ri command

It shouldn窶冲 be too hard to add `ri` support inside irb窶廃ry already
supports this. I窶囘 actually like to see `ri` come with support for asking
about Ruby language constructs, not just the standard library and installed
gems.
