Steps to reproduce
1)Install Redmine 3
2)Install redmine_digest
3)Navigate to plugins 
4)Configure redmine digest plugin
5)Click on Apply
6)Click on Send a test email to your email address
Actual result:An error occurred while sending the digest (undefined method `length' for true:TrueClass)
