- People should be nice.
- Offensive language should be removed.

Any CoC that is exclusive about membership should be unacceptable to
everybody.

Like any system there will always be give and take, but regardless of how
ugly one individuals actions might be, giving someone the power point a
dictatorial finger at said ugly individual and ban them from the ruby
community goes too far.

Understanding that there are people with different opinions out there and
interacting with them is a key part of being a human being.  Even if you
overheard them at a bar saying something you find offensive.  If they don't
bring it up when giving you a suggestion about your code, it shouldn't
matter at all.

The CoC as it is is well done.
