I think so too. I would expect atime.utc to return the time in UTC 
without modifying atime, and a version that modified atime to make it 
stored in UTC could then sensibly be called .utc!

But yeah, I'm at a loss for how you can get from here to there without 
breaking things. Unless you make the new methods Time.zulu and 
Time.zulu! or something.
