[ruby-core:68688] Re: [Ruby trunk - Feature #11007] Prime.each.with_index should accept offset

Hi everybody.

I think valid offset values should be 0 or 1, the others are pointless.
This method should accept a boolean switch for the offset values 0 and 1.
