I fixed the spelling in r50081

I think we should add placeholder files, something like:

    Moved to doc/extension.rdoc

for README.EXT
(and something similar in Japanese for README.EXT.ja)

There are too many 3rd-party documentation sources (mailing list/blog
posts, books, etc) which point to README.EXT, some maybe even linked
to SVN/git repository web viewers, so we need to ensure people can
find the new file.
