Issue #10755 has been updated by gogo tanaka.

Hi!

As https://github.com/ruby/ruby/pull/756/, it can make users a little bit confused.
Even some of them can think it's a mistake of documentation.

so I wanna commit this patch(using_rb_define_method_for_rbHash.patch), is there any problem?

Hi, there.

The main reason for using `rb_define_alias` is generating more prefer Document and making code more readable.

Is there any reason `rb_define_method` is prefered to `rb_define_alias`?
If so, please let me know :)
If not so, I'm gonna do same thing for other part of code.

I've sorted some methods in terms of `rb_define_alias` being very after original.
