I ran make test-all *before* make install and I think that's what I
should be doing.

From there on I first get a bunch of

REXML::ParseException: Missing end tag for 'HR' (got "BODY")

and then a series of

Errno::EADDRINUSE: Address already in use - bind(2)

(but it doesn't mention which address... should I make that a feature
request elsewhere?)
