Sorry for my recently being lazy to maintain the library. Now yugui has lost her maintainership of 'prime' according to the maintainer discharging policy. And now marcandre is the new maintainer. Has anyone heard of yugui?

Last email from her on the mailing list is almost 2 years old, I've
had no answer to my email I sent 2 months ago...

There are a couple of issues with the `prime` library that are going
without answers (#5378 =3D=3D #10354, #10167, #4831)

Unless Yugui is willing to continue support, I volunteer to take over
maintenance of the `prime` library, even though I don't expect much
changes to be needed...
