This is not word for _why himself, sorry if this looks aggressive.
Well, we didn't have enough time for 1.8.3 by some reason. (security volunataliy)

So we could do was vanishing test failures, but there was no time
users could evaluate 1.8.3 for their real application, I velieve.
And it caused some trouble easily found.

  * bison2.x + parse.c trouble

  * rails trouble

I'm glad if big commits are done early stage, and almost one
month can be used for evaluation and 1.8.4 gets some quality.
