Summary: [PATCH] rdoc generates duplicate diagrams

Initial Comment:
Diagrams generated by rdoc often use a lot of disk space. One of the
reasons is that rdoc generates a lot of very similar diagrams : only the
label (the filename, or the module name) changes.

This simple patch adds a "diagram cache" to rdoc's diagram.rb. It
checks if the same graph has already been generated in convert_to_png().

To make this possible:
- the patch removes the "label" from the graph
- the patch removes the "alt" attribute of the <img> tag in the
  generated HTML.

Can this patch be integrated into rdoc ?
