Hi nobu, this opens [Bug #10761] again.  I just added the marshal
benchmark in r49387 to show the regression more clearly.

Do you have a plan to fix marshal.c and any other uses of numtable to
store objects?  I am worried some C extensions using numtable will also
hit this bug, so I modified st_numhash directly.
